- We currently ship across India.
- Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and courier service coverage.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. VedaFinery is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item
- An unboxing video showing the package being opened from its sealed condition
Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Exchange & Replacement
We only offer replacements for:
- Incorrect products received
- Manufacturing defects
- Items damaged during shipping
All exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery, and products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
